Apprenticeships have long been recognised around the world as a proven way to develop the crucial skills that employers need and want.

Today, the UK government is committed to improving the quality and quantity of apprenticeships, with the ambitious aim of reaching no fewer than three million starts in 2020.

At CSJ Training we’re equally committed to playing our part. As a private training provider dedicated to supporting the national skills agenda through apprenticeship training, we offer a range of apprenticeship training programmes and qualifications designed around your business needs.

Funded by the government, apprenticeship training can bring huge benefits to employers – including helping you to improve productivity, competitive edge and profitability by developing the skills of your workforce.

Available to anyone over the age of 16 who hasn’t been to university, apprenticeships are an ideal way for young people and adult learners to learn specific skills on the job (typically over 12 months), gaining real qualifications and a real path to a better future.

With employers no longer having to pay NI contributions for apprentices under the age of 25 from April 2016 – and with 98% of organisations able to take advantage of a £15,000 allowance without having to pay the apprenticeship levy that comes into effect in April 2017 – what better time to develop your apprentice programme?

“There’s no better way to back people’s aspirations than to invest in apprenticeships.”

-David Cameron MP
